USGA Handicap Indexes are revised by the WSGA on the 1st and 15th of every month. Members receive an email update of their revised index on each revision date. If you are not receiving this email, please send an email to info@wsga.org with the subject "Handicap Report Card."
The active season in Wisconsin for posting scores is April 1 through October 31. Scores made prior to April 1 and after October 31 in Wisconsin are not acceptable scores for handicap purposes.
