WSGA Unveils New Website Logo
March 31, 2010
Golf House of Wisconsin- The Wisconsin State Golf Association (WSGA) is excited to unveil a new logo for its website, WSGA.org.
The new logo brands the WSGA as Wisconsin’s Largest Golf Community, and WSGA.org as the individual golfer’s portal to that community. At WSGA.org, golfers can join Wisconsin’s Largest Golf Community as an Associate Member and obtain an official USGA Handicap Index®, post and statistically track their scores, lookup the Handicap Index® of other golfers, get answers to their questions on the Rules of Golf, read an online version of Wisconsin Golfer Magazine, find contact information and driving directions to Wisconsin’s golf courses, enter golf tournaments, and much more.
The new logo and branding fit the theme established by the WSGA with its presence on the social networking sites, Facebook and Twitter, the recent launch of WSGAblog.org and the current membership campaign featuring Pro Quarterback and Burlington, WI native, Tony Romo.
The WSGA is a non-profit organization that has been formed and exists for the general purpose of promoting and conserving throughout the State of Wisconsin the best interests and the true spirit of the game of golf. Annually, the WSGA conducts the Wisconsin State Amateur Championship as well as 13 other state championships. This year, the Wisconsin State Amateur Championship will be held at The Bull at Pinehurst Farms on July 19 – 22, 2010. For more details, please visit WSGA.org.
